GLOBAL TRADING HOUSE

Hanseatic trading spirit has resided in the Reese-Haus ever since it was built by architects Richard Jacobssen and Richard Musche at the beginning of the 20th century. Hamburg merchants drew up their trading plans with East Asia from these offices overlooking the City Hall; Hugo Stinnes found new business premises here and, in 2010, Facebook opened their first German office here at Rathausmarkt 5.
